Farhan Akhtar turns a year older today and on the special day, girlfriend Shibani Dandekar shared an endearing post for her boyfriend. Along with a picture of her with Farhan, the actress wrote, “Because he has the coolest tattoo in the world and because it’s his bday! Happy birthday my sweet grumps. love you loads @faroutakhtar.” No sooner did Shibani post the lovable message, did the actor reply by saying, “Love you Shibani.” Clearly, there is nothing to hide anymore and the couple is now comfortable with PDA. Interestingly, Farhan shares his birthday with Farah Khan.
Farhan and Shibani made their romance pretty evident on social media, but it was at Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding reception in Mumbai did the two made their first public appearance as a couple. The two entered hand-in-hand and were all smiles as they posed for shutterbugs.
Meanwhile, rumours of Farhan and Shibani getting secretly engaged have been doing the rounds. A report in Filmfare also suggests that the two may tie the knot in March or April 2019. Earlier, talking about keeping her relationship a secret, Shibani had told Mid-Day, “I am not secretive, but I don't feel the need to say things out loud. It's up to me to decide when and what I want to share about my personal life, and it is up to the audience to decide how they look at it.
